Loading stalls or the screen stays black

First wait for the initial client download to finish and keep the tab in the foreground. The game is a substantial 3D client, so an empty screen during loading does not identify a single cause.

Update your browser, confirm hardware acceleration, and reload once. If the client reports a graphics capability problem, use that message to check WebGPU and driver support. An exact list of supported GPUs and operating-system combinations has not been verified here.

• Check whether a visible download or loading indicator is still advancing.
• Close duplicate game tabs before retrying.
• Try a clean browser session to isolate an extension conflict.

Cannot connect, disconnected, or server restarting

These are connection symptoms, and a graphics setting may have no effect on them. The recorded client includes states for connection failure, server restart and disconnection. A restart message can require waiting for the server to return.

Check your own connection and reload after a short pause. If other websites work but the game still reports a server problem, avoid repeatedly changing system settings. This site does not monitor the game server and cannot certify a live outage.
